VoIP provider Tpad offers customers free number

23/02/2007 – The internet telephone provider Tpad is offering every customer a unique incoming SIP number free of charge. This is a unique move as many other companies providing VoIP services charge a yearly fee for this service.
Steven Johns, Marketing Manager for Tpad, advised that Tpad were only doing what it believed to be fair. "We believe that it is unfair to charge people just for a number to receive calls - that's why we give all our customers a free number. "We understand that each member of a household may want their own unique number so we offer as many numbers as the customer wants," he said.

Tpad have been offering a number of unique offers in order to establish itself as a major force in the growing VoIP market. These offers have been designed to make using the internet for phone calls fairer and cheaper for its users. "We're determined to make telephone calls on the internet easy for everybody to use," Johns advised.

Tpad believe that this innovation and the others like it that they offer will help them gain an advantage over their competitors. "We take pride in offering a depth of services that other providers struggle to match. One of the favourite features our customers like is the inclusion of 'per-second billing' so they are only charged for the duration of their call. With many competitors rounding charges up to the nearest minute it's no wonder our service is so popular," Johns added.
