[size=150:2iqnbgt1]Usernames and Logins:[/size:2iqnbgt1]

To login to Supanet hosting using your master account, simply enter the username you gave when you signed up for the package. For example, if you chose 'johnsmith' as your username, you would enter 'johnsmith' as the username in http://www.supanethosting.com/login.

However once inside your control panel the user name differs slightly as you now control the options for your domain(s).

Occasionally, you may come across a couple of unfamiliar login screens within your control panel. These will probably ask for a different username to your standard master account. This is to provide added safety and security to your hosting service.

Webmail:

An example of this is webmail where your username changes from the standard format to username@yourdomain.com (Note only postmaster@yourdomain.com is available at the start of your account until you go into your mail settings and create addition email address).

Therefore, if you created a new email address for your wife as 'jaynesmith' under the domain 'howilovesupanet.com'. The webmail login for this address would be:

username: jaynesmith@howilovesupanet.com (your wife's email address )
password: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (whatever you choose on creating the mail address)

And if you wanted to check your master email account created on sign up, - called the 'postmaster' account you would enter:

username: postmaster@howilovesupanet.com
password: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ( your master account password )

Web Stats

Another place where you will need to enter your username and password is the stats service. Here the login is your master username@yourdomain.com.

Foe example if the master username is fredelliot and your domain is howilovesupanet.com your login credentials are:

username: fredelliot@howilovesupanet.com (your master account username @ domain)
password: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (your master account password)

Additional email accounts

You will also be prompted for passwords when adding additional accounts to give your friends and family access to an email address and webmail.

For example: If you would like your nephew Bob to have an email address at your 'howilovesupanet.com domain you need to create him an account.

Bob would then go to webmail.howilovesupanet.com (or the relevant domain name) and enter the username and password you created for him with the account.

username: bob@howilovesupanet.com (bobs email address)
password: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ( password you create for bob )

This password can then be changed by Bob via the control panel. To access the 'Email Administration' control panel visit http://www.supanethosting.com/login.php . This allows users to administrate the email account that you created for them.

The login for this control panel is:

Login Name: bob
Domain: howilovesupanet.com
Password: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ( password you created for bob )
