I have had a website for several years. http://www.belekvillarental.com, The hosting account was about to run out when I recieved a letter from you saying basically "Do nothing and we will renew your hosting account" soon after i noticed my website had gone off-line.
After several phone calls and a payment to you to carry on hosting my account for another five years I am now unable to get my site live again.
It seems to me that a company called "Network Solutions" are now using my name to advertise other websites.
You have take my money after firstly causing me this problem by not withdrawing payment from my account.
How can I get my website advertising my house in Turkey back on-line?
I have phoned your experts no several occasions without any success.
