Very confused!

I bought a domain (briody.org.uk) last year and was using it just for email. I added a number of email accounts and could administer them via https://admin.supanethosting.com/
I could also access the accounts via pop3 using for example username.briody.org.uk as the login.
Last week I added a hosting package (Grape) to my domain and I now have a number of issues.
1. Admin now seems to be done via a Control Panel at spellings.net. So far I have been logging into purleyhosting.com then clicking on My Account, My Domains then the domain. I then get a page which has a link to the Control Panel. If I try to access this url directly (without going through the steps above) it asks for a login and password. I have tried the same login as I use for purleyhosting.com and it doesn't work. How do I get the login values to allow me to login to this site directly?
2. I have set up an ftp account on my domain but again, no matter what I try I cannot log in via ftp. I have raised a ticket and provided the login and password as requested and have had no further reply for over 24 hours. The ticket number is HD-1099.
3. I am very confused about email. Do I administer email accounts via the Control Panel or via the url above (https://admin.supanethosting.com/). They seem to be completely different systems and the data is not carried between them. Are they linked at all? If I use the new system (Control Panel) then what happens to the old accounts I set up?
4. Access via pop3 to at least one of the email accounts I originally set up still works. Within the new Control Panel I have set up an email account mark@briody.org.uk. On the setup page it tells me that the username is mark+briody.org.uk. On the original account it was mark@briody.org.uk. Which is correct and which takes precedence? Also which set of forwarding rules take precedence?
5. Within the Control Panel I set up catch all forwarding for briody.org.uk and sent some test emails. They took over 6 hours to arrive at the forwarded address. This is not acceptable. Why is it taking so long? By the way email sent directly to the "forwarded" address arrives almost instantly so it is definitely an issue with the forwarding.
6. Webmail via the Control Panel does not work. I go to "Read Webmail" then click on help and I am given a URL and when I try it I get a page not found 404 error.
7. Access to my web page comes up with a default Supanet holding page which is what I would expect until I can resolve the ftp issue above. I also setup a subdomain (sales). When I try to access that page I get page not found so I suspect that has not worked either.
I hope there are simple explanations/fixes for the above but as the moment I'm not too impressed.

Hi,
It is confusing because you are mixing pulsewebhosting.com with purleyhosting.com which have no relation between them.
The ticket number HD-1099. is not generated by our system probably it is generated by
purleyhosting.com you need to complained to them about it.
Just to make it clear your domain briody.org.uk is managed by pulsewebhosting.com you log in to the admin control panel via https://admin.pulsewebhosting.com// use the username and password provided by us.
For emails use https://webmail.pulsewebhosting.com/src/login.php
I can't help you with spellings.net, alternatively you can transfer this domain to us then you can manage both domain under one control panel.
I have tested your web mail accounts all working fine. - Posted on Friday, 7th March 2008 at 4:18pm

Okay forget it. I'll transfer somewhere that can offer proper support and write this off to experience.
I'm trying to run a business and this is just way too complicated. - Posted on Friday, 7th March 2008 at 10:38pm

Sorry, There was a network outage last Friday which could have lead to the slow emails forward and FTP connection problems, can you please check if you can connect via FTP, and emails forwards normally.
Please inform us if there is still any problem as your feedback is very important to us. - Posted on Monday, 10th March 2008 at 12:08pm
