Broken site

Unhappy with my first choice of template, i deleted the files using ftp. Then loaded new template and remade the site.
The links on the menu do not work sometimes, have tried editing the files directly using ftp and got some results. There seems to be remnants of the old files in builder (some formatting). The builder seems to have changed, looks different, not easy to get to things like before. Am i going to the right url?
When i change stuff in builder and publish i get mixed results.
How do i get my ecommerce site to open inside the main site window? i tried linking but this drops my site and just opens the ecomm in full window.
Very frustrated.......Karillon.com

Thanks for pointing this issue which is now fixed, as you have noticed we have launched a new hosting platform that's why it is looking bit different. You won’t be able to open the ecommerce site inside the main site window this is something which is not possible at the moment. You can only open through the link, at the moment you are using the "www.karillon.com/14904/Shop.html" link to open ecommerce which is not pointing to the shop. http://www.karillon.com/Shop.html is the directory for your shop which is working now.

Thanks for that.
I feel much better now.
Following another post i have decided to use ftp and mod the files locally rather than use builder all the time, your suggestion to use Filezilla was a good call, this is a very easy to use interface.........well even I can use it.
Thanks for the help and advice :D
