multiple Domains having problems

Hi,

I have 4 domain addresses: vesuvians.com, promethians.com, matchboxlabels.org & congreves.com.

Vesuvians is a Power package and the other three are Power Plus Packages.

Of the four only 1 is functional. There are multiple problems with the other three.

I first signed up in November 2007 for the 3 month free trial - see my previous post which was never resolved by the forum!! It was finally changed to the promethians package above via a phone call from support. - this was then followed by the special offer of a free 12 month Power Package (vesuvians.com). Although only having one database, it currently has 6 available if I want to use them. My power plus packages are supposed to have 5 each but I only have 1 of each because if I attempt to create a new database, I just get another vesuvians database.

I only have access to vesuvians web mail. None of the other domain web mail addresses are available.

I purchased the powerplus package matchboxlabels.org in December 2007 and to date when inserting the domain name into the browser I still get "Internal Server Error".

The only domain I can currently use is congreves.com.

I have sent numerous emails but although I receive the auto acknowledgement of the mail and a case number, no one contacts me at all.

I refer to case numbers: 167633:194185, 167633:192888, 167633:192190 + 181986:206112 generated tonight by auto receipt sent to me a private@smbl.co.uk as follows:

"Dear Customer

This is an automated reply to your e-mail query.

Your message has been received and logged on our system. We will respond to your query as soon as possible, or contact you if we need any further information.

Kind Regards
Supanet Hosting Support"

The time of despatch was 16/01/2008 18:34:38

Hopefully you can push the appropriate buttons so that I can finally get this matter resolved

Hi,

First of all I apologise for the delay in response to the problems you have,
I have created 5 databases to each of the power plus account and fixed the server error with matchboxlabels.org its working now.
The issue regarding the web mail for some reason it only display the first domain email account witch is ' vesuvians web mail' although you can log on to any domain webmail account through ‘vesuvians web mail’ which I have tested from here this should be fixed early next week we are launching the complete new hosting platform which will simplify things and have better functionality.

Thank you for your response.

I still have a small problem in respect of ftp. As it involves user names, I have sent an email to you via the email facility on the forum explaining the problem I am experiencing.

I look forward to a reply either through the forum or via email as you think appropriate - Thank you again

New Hosting platform has been launched which has resolved the FTP issue please check.
