Problem Transferring from Trial to Power Plus

#1 by vesuvians
Hi,

I took up the Pulse Web Hosting Offer for 90 day trial - username: Promethians. a couple of days ago. Decided I liked the service being offered and tried to sign up for the Power Plus Option.

Checked for Domain availability & selected Promethians.com. However, instead of changing over from the trial to the paid package, I only managed to get billed for the Domain Name (which in the PP package is free).

Managed finally to speak to a UK centre - Billing I believe. Lass there said she would sort it out and phone today (281107). Regret to say no call came!

Can you resolve this issue for me?

What do I need to do.

Require to upgrade from trial to Power Plus Package with the TLD of promethians.com?

Thanks
