Adding basic vdeos to pages using front page problems

hi yeh basicly im on frontpage 2003
i go to Insert>picture>Video>"I select the video"
then i input all the settings and all that.
when i upload the page with the video in and the video file, it doesnt play or show any signs as if its going to?
any suggestions.
please dont say its another frontpage extension you dont support (It displeases me)

Here is a support page from microsoft on how to insert videos into Front Page 2003. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/825508
