Globals cannot be turned on as they create security vulnerabilities. We apologise for this inconvenience and hope you can appreciate such issues.
We have also noticed you've requested/suggested a few things now that are outside your virtual hosting specification, you may want to consider a dedicated hosting offer instead for the extra functionality.

Netflix to bring Internet TV into the living room
The US DVD rental service Netflix is ready to release a wave of set-top boxes which will allow users to download programmes and movies over the internet to their home computer which can then be watched on a home television via the box.
