trying to upload my website but can not contact my domain
have tried Address: ftp.<your domain>.<com>
User: <your ftp account userrname>@<your domain>.<com>
Password: <your password>
but no uck - shoud I be still using my trial account which is still showing in my domain
manager although I thought this was upgraded to Home package with my domain name

It was trying to connect to the wrong server, this has now been corrected. It should be fine to use in a short while, we are just waiting for DNS changes to propagate though.
