Hi Admin.
I registered the domain yewtreemotorworks.com a few weeks ago and requested a hosting package, the domain registered but the hosting didn't, so I went back in to try and buy the hosting package again and get the following message: One or more of these domains is already registered with Supanet Hosting. If you wish to upgrade the account associated with these domains, please use the upgrade facility which will be made available soon.
Do you think you could help..please. - Posted on Tuesday, 30th October 2007 at 1:45pm

Thanks Admin.
I can access the hosting package from the control panel now, but I still can't upload using the same login and password, would you mind checking that they are set up the same.
Thanks

It was trying to connect to the wrong server, this has now been corrected. It should be fine to use in a short while, we are just waiting for DNS changes to propagate though.
Apologies for your inconvenience. - Posted on Monday, 5th November 2007 at 11:45am
