Trying to enter my trail account but just get supanet from sheet . Is there any problems

Your trial account was suspended when you signed up with your dog-house.org.uk domain.That is why you are seeing the Supanet holding page.

What do I need to do now - Do I switch account to the home package and then transfer my domain name over to Supanet. - Just noticed that my domain name has been taken over by WHAT CD!!!!!

If you want to use our hosting platform to host your site you need to sign-up to a hosting package of your choice. You can either sign-up with an existing domain name that you own or alternatively you can choose to get a new .co.uk domain free on sign-up and point existing domains at your new one.

If you want to use your existing domain we can sign you up from here, simply tell us which hosting package you would like. You may also want to ask your current provider to change your domain tag to NETLINEUK so we have control over the domain.

Can you switch the account to the home package . Will switch the ISPTAG to Supanet - how long does it take for you to get control.

We have signed you up to the home package. Changing the tag to us will depend on your current provider, it shouldn't take very long though.

IPS Tag now changed to Supanet for My domain now changed to Supanet . Please confirm when
you have controll

We have now changed your nameservers to ours, you will need to upload your files into your webspace, then everything is done.

Thanks for all your help - will upload my website files tonight - just one little point should I not be getting the Supanet test page . Looks like my Domain dog-house.org.uk is still pointing to a
What.cd site (dont know where this has come from

Its pointing to our page now, changes to the DNS take a little time to propagate through.
