Your issue should now be resolved. It wasn't working as when you tried to create the subdirectory (to insert the images into) it caused conflict as the same name existed from the previous attempt to create the subdirectory (which failed) and the file still existed. This file has been deleted so you should now be able to create new directories. If you experience the problem again, please check the file name doesn't exist first.
