I've lost password and login to look up the statistics of my site, logs, errors and visits.
How can I reset it?
Thanks
Please can you help me also to configure my Outlook to receive the webmail directly to the Outlook?
Thanks a lot,
Tetyana

You don't have access to Stats/Logs etc... as your payment for hosting failed. We suggest you contact the billing department to resolve this issue on 0845 120 4473.

But how come it had failed? I have paid for the home hosting package for a year this june 2007 and it expires june 2008. Moreover I mean I've never had/used these passwords to have access to statistics and logs of the site.
