Does this mean i have not to worry about free year being up ie deleted not just suspended for a period of time?,also the domain i was given free as i understand it will have to be paid after 2 years is this correct?,can i now transfer the domain to my new hosting company without problems?

- Sorry if i apear to be impatient but I really do need to know the answers ,I know its not your fault and maybe not your job but dealing with supanet it a struggle at all times,thanks for trying anyway

Sorry for the delay, it is really a billing query, this forum is intended for technical queries only.
Your hosting account has been suspended indefinitely, you do not need to worry about your year being up.
The billing department have informed us that you would need to pay £50 for your domain as it's been with us for less than 2 years.
