Hi there,
I have an outstanding invoice which I need to pay
I can't get hold of my account manager though I've been trying for two weeks, and for some reason I can't connect to the 0800 number (probably because I'm dialing from a VOIP line).
How can I pay this invoice? It's overdue!

The number you need to call for billing inquiries is 0845 120 4473. If you think there is a problem with your VOIP you will have to contact your provider.
