Table prefix

#1 by Regan
Hello, I am the owner of http://www.fantastic-football.co.uk and have recently purchased a vBulletin forum, my installation page needs a table prefix in my, mySQL database, but I don't know how to find my table prefix, if you could tell me how to find it I would be greatful, also I pay £13.99 for my hosting as I bought it in November or so, now the same offer is as low as £3.99 will my hosting package be moved to this low price?

Thank you, Regan.

No prefix has been set at the moment so it doesn't exist. If you need to use a prefix you can set it to whatever you like.

Regarding your hosting payments, I have passed your details on to the billing department, and I am waiting for a response. I will post when they get back to me.

Ok they've called me, is there anyway all my data can be kept and you just change my billing price, as it would be far to much hassle to transfer it all manually. Thanks in advance.

If it's possible and it probably will be, we will be more than happy to do that for you. I'm going to double check and will let you know tomorrow.

We have now changed your package and copied all your data across (see Professional package for all details). This new package provides the mysql database facilities you require to use a forum on your website.

The billing department will be in contact to settle payment details.
