Hi Admins,

Okay I just purchased a supanet unlimited package from you but I have a few issues that I need resolving.

1) I am trying to log onto my FTP site with the details ftp.domainname.org but this is not bringing up anything only page cannot be displayed.

2) I would like to know where and how to upload a phpbb forum please

Sorted the first issue

I have downloaded the phpbb forum software and uploaded it to my webspace wowgog.org now but I'm not sure how to make a link to it into my upcoming website or how to install it so it is running like this one for that matter.

We have had a look at your site and it seems you managed to figure it out for yourself, which is good as such issues are the customers responsibility. We only support hosting not web design.

Are you able to tell me how I can use the phpbb forum at all though please? I have uploaded the unzipped file into my ftp site but I am unsure what the link is to view my forum or even if I have installed it correctly.

Any help I would really appreciate.
