password problems

HIya
im trying to set passwords for my members, up intill yesterday evrything was fine, but now when i add a new member it tajkes the username and password but when the mebers try to log in it wont accept it
any ideas ?

also i have just triend to access my files through aceftp as well as the main control panel and its cant get into it
i have all the right info as i was uploading stuff last night
just seems be be having problems

right i can now access my files but passwords still arnt working

Hi, we have tested the ftp and like you said it is working fine now.

There is a problem with some websites trying to add passwords to their sites, yours has been temporarily fixed, you should be able to log into your members area using the username and passwords you created. We are looking into why this is happening and hope to have it properly resolved by tomorrow.
