Hi,

We have had a look at your account and we have been able to connect using an FTP client and files were displayed. You are using the correct ftp address and the username is...

<username>@ftp.<your domain>
<your password>

if you still can't connect get back to us and in the mean time have you tried connecting through the control panel? To do this once logged in select 'Hosting Administration' and then 'Click here to manage your files' This will open a new page with all your files.

Hope this helps
