Hello Supanet,
I appear to have made a real mess of things. :( I signed up yesterday for your Power Hosting package. I had previously registered a domain name with another provider and wanted to use this with your package. I was able to select my domain name and it is showing when I access admin through your hosting link. I have already created my webpage(s) in Netscape Fusion but am now completely at a loss as to how to upload all the files to my site with you (wherever it is). I am unable to upload it using Netscape as the parameters I enter ie, server name etc, etc will not test through correctly.
If this makes any sense can someone help please, Guidance gratefully accepted.

You have managed to upload 2 files, 'Gower Fishing.nod' and 'Gower Fishing.nod.bak'. There are two ways you can upload files to your hosting space, you can either use the built in FTP client which you can find in your control panel ('Site Manager' -> 'Click here to manage your files'), or you can use a 3rd party FTP client such as FileZilla. (instructions how to use a 3rd party FTP client are explained in detail in a sticky post in this section of the forum.)

However, we do not support this format (.nod). You are using a Unix server which only supports HTML, PHP and other such open source software. We apologise for any inconvenience and would recommend you check that we support any further use of software.

We hope this helps! :D
