How do I allow a third party to upload images, music to a file on my website.
I would like to create a file with a password so my customers can send me jpg or mp3 files.
Once I have created this file can they drag & drop or paste files from within internet explorer, without them needing special software

It is possible to facilitate such a service, there will be many ways to allow customers to upload files to your site. (Please remember that you are hosted on a Unix server, check compatibility with us before you spend time developing your site only to learn we don't support the file type).
To password protect the area you will need to put all files related to this section of your website into a sub directory. You can then create passwords and usernames on the directory using an option found in the control panel. ( “Site manger†- Posted on Wednesday, 12th September 2007 at 3:53pm
