Fax2Mail service problems

SIgned up for the Free Fax2Mail service with the intention of using it when I need to have colleagues fax over documents from my office.
However I've tried 2 test faxes & neither have landed at home as they should.

BBFC to challenge Manhunt 2 release
Following the Video Appeal Committee's (VAC) decision to overturn the ban on the release of Manhunt 2 the BBFC are calling for a judicial review to block the sale of the game. The VAC ruled in favour of the game's developer, Rockstar, last week in a decision that could see the controversial title released in UK shops in the new year.
