My site has been offline for the last 14 hours. I logged a support call 12 hours ago but still havent heard anything.
Please advise.

The reason your site isn't working is because you have no hosting package, only a domain. Your trial account has now expired as you provided a domain name. Select which hosting package you would like from.....

I thought the trial was for 90 days. I registered on the 1st September.
