I'm afraid we don't support the web design aspect of hosting, this is the customers responsibility, however, we will give some quick pointers where possible. We had a look at your site and the order form you want to submit is in much greater detail compared to what we offered advice on.

This might be what is causing conflict with the formmail script in your cgi-bin. You might be trying to pass in more parameters than formmail is expecting and therefore can't process the script. We suggest looking at formmail to see if this is the case. You are also trying to validate the input, possibly the problem lies in this area?

If you have any more specific question we will do our best to help but I'm afraid we can't check all of your websites code for errors.

From the look of your code it appeared to have a function in to validate the input, we did not say this was the reason it was just a possibility. As we mentioned in the earlier post we only provide hosting support, not website design as well, we simply don't have time to check customer's html for errors.

You seem to have a reasonable understanding of html already so with the basic help guide we have provided you should be able to get the problem sorted. Otherwise you may want to consider simplifying your input or asking for assistance from a professional web developer.

We are sorry we can't be of any further help
