Databases are only available on the Professional package.

If you would like a database and you are not on the Professional package you will need to upgrade. To upgrade either contact our Billing department (0845 120 4473) or you can request an upgrade via the forum. If you chose the latter, please send us a private message containing your username, password, domain and full address details so we can authenticate you for security reasons.
