- Just had a look and it appears to be configured correctly. The reason it is not working is because there is currently some issues with a server. We are working on it now and it should be back up and running very soon. Sorry for this unexpected downtime and inconvenience.

Yep thank you.
http://www.album.ejos.co.uk works ok
I've set up another sub domain "southgate" as I will be using a few. I've used exactly the same settings but this doesn't work.
http://www.southgate.ejos.co.uk doesn't work
Maybe a problem with the server again? - Posted on Thursday, 16th August 2007 at 8:33pm

Nope, didn't change anything. Maybe it takes a while for it to register.
Thanks again for your swift response.
I've got some java script that will redirect the subdomains to the relevant folders, so all should be ok now.
Thanks

Hi me again lol.
Is there a limit to the amount of subdomains I can create as I don't seem to be able to add anymore "A Records". If so does the limit only apply to the free trial or would there also be a limit even if I were paying. I've created 3 working subdomains
Thanks - Posted on Wednesday, 22nd August 2007 at 1:47pm

- It was limited to 10 A Records for all packages, we have now increased this to 15 for you. I hope this is enough, you are the 1st customer to request extra.

Thank you, there's always one rofl. I have several web sites all over the place and will be putting them all on your web space.
I've added http://www.rhia.ejos.co.uk which doesnt appear to be working at the moment but maybe it will take a bit of time to become active like the other one did. Just checked and its ok.... Too inpatient
Well impressed with your support.
Thank you. - Posted on Wednesday, 22nd August 2007 at 2:47pm
