Thanks.
Does this mean that for another £5.99 I can have a distinct and seperate web site with different content. If so I would like to do that so long as I can find a way to administer them seperately, maybe a different password ?? Do I need to ring up somebody ?
Many thanks

Yes, it will be another £5.99 charge. You will control them through the same login username and password, both domains will show and you select the one you wish to administer by clicking on the domain name.
You don't need to ring anyone we can do it through the forum. Simply send me a private message with your username and password for your account and the address and telephone number that was used to sign up with. - Posted on Friday, 24th August 2007 at 2:04pm

Thanks for sorting that out. Now I am finding it very hard to distinquish between the two sites. Whenever I try to edit glastonburyorderofdruids.com I just keep getiing all the files from the archdruidessofglastonbury.com which obviously I don't wish to change. Is there something I was supposed to do regards passwords etc ? in order to make sure which site I am editing ?

- You switch between which hosting account you manage by clicking on the blue link (your domains) in the control panel. You can see which set of domains you are currently editing as the domain information shows on the page below the links. Depending on which link you are currently on this is which domain you are uploading/editing your files on.

I've been trying to put up http://www.glastonburyorderofdrids.com but when I go to publish it, it comes back as http://www.archdruidessofglastonbury with all the stuff from that site. Is there something I have to do to activate the second site before it will upload. I've also tried using filezilla buit it fails to work with my password.
Any ideas ???

We have further tested the web builder and it appears to be working as required.
Are you still experiencing difficulties? If you are, please could you explain to us the process you are going through as the problem may lie in your method. We could also test your account specifically but this could result in the possible loss of some information. If you have backup copies on your local machine and you are happy for us to go ahead with testing please let us know.
Thank you. - Posted on Wednesday, 12th September 2007 at 3:30pm

The reason why it was not working was not because of the web builder, it was because your A Records were both pointing to the same site. So even if you entered the different domain it was automatically forwarded to the other. This was done at the early stages when we thought all your domains were to point to just one website with the same material.
If you try and upload your site again it should now work. - Posted on Thursday, 13th September 2007 at 2:40pm

Thanks for that it seems to be working alright. The problem I have now is that when I preview the site the images are shown but when I publish they come up with a red cross in the corner and an empty box. I keep going to the ftp page where you can toggle between ASIC and binary upload.
I understand that the pictures should be uploaded in binary but no matter how many times I change it to binary it goes back to ASIC and will not show the picture. Is there any way to save the stting on binary so that I can upload in this format ??
Big thanks for sorting out the other problems,
regards,

We have had a look at your site and all the images seem to be showing, have you fixed your problem since you posted?
If you still can't see some images please can you tell us the website file name and the image file name.
