Multiple Domains

Hello Supanet,
I was wondering if I have two hosting packages or only one. As I understand it if I want to have two seperate websites I need two hosting packages..........yes ?

I bought several domain names and want to use just two of them with different content. I am worried that when I try to build my second site then the first site changes also and I have to redo it. Can you advise me if I have only one hosting package and to be aware so I don't mess up the first site in attempting the second one. Thanks.

I'm afraid you will need to send us either the username to connect to the hosting panel with or your domains. (via private message if you prefer)

Thanks

I'm afraid we didn't receive an email or private message, what address did you send it to? Please can you re-send again using the messaging function within the forum?

You are right in assuming that you require a different hosting package for each website that you would like to have different content on.

I have been trying to get my second site to work for weeks, no one is helping me and it won't work trying to upload files through filezilla either.

my website that works is http://www.archdruidessofglastonbury.com

the one that doesn't is http://www.glastonburyorderofdruids.com

I sent an e-mail to supanet who told me to create an alias for the second site but that hasn't worked either. Can I ring someone ???

We have looked at your account and currently you only have one hosting package, (the transaction took place on 11 MAY 2007 16:03 New Hosting setup 5.99) all your other transactions have been individual domain purchases. The alias was created to point all the domains to the one hosting account therefore only allowing one set of content for all your sites. If you want different content, with your permission, we can create you a second account. You will be charged for your extra account at the same price as your current one.
