new domain ftp problem

Hi
I sent an email to the support address nearly a week ago but have not had a reply despite the fact that it says 24 hour next to the email address. That's a laugh!
I have two domains dalbeattiehardrock challenge.org and cwebster.it
The first one is my old domain and the second one shows in the domain manager when I log in. The ftp address for the cwebster.it is set to ftp.cwebster.it but this does not appear to exist and I can't ftp despite having tried every combination of usernames and passwords.
Could you please PM me with details about how to ftp to cwebster.it
Also, I applied for the fax number for dalbeattiehardrockchallenge.org a few weeks ago but have not had any confirmation through email or otherwise that this has been setup. I can't apply again as it says it has already been done.
Thanks

Your domain is currently with a different provider. You either need to point your current domain host to our name servers or migrate the domain..
Our name servers are as follows:
dns1.hosted.netline.net.uk
dns2.hosted.netline.net.uk
If you wish to migrate your domain, please change the tag to NETLINEUK. - Posted on Friday, 13th July 2007 at 9:14am

- I have just been speaking to our Fax2Mail team, your account should be active within 15 minutes of this post.

Why would I then be paying Supanet for hosting and why would the domain cwebster.it be showing up in https://admin.supanethosting.com/domain_manager ??
I own the domain and registered it through http://www.europeregistry.com/
I was told at the outset that it would not be a problem to host this domain.
This has been dragging on for weeks. I really need to get this domain hosted as soon as possible. Please let me know if you are unable to host this domain.
Cheers

Our system is prepared to host your domain. Your user login details are generated from your domain name, this is the reason why you can log in, The hosting side of the package is different from the domain. One can function without the other.
If you can speak to your current host domain, and ask them to change the domain tags to NETLINEUK, we will be able to control your domain and point it to the correct place. - Posted on Friday, 13th July 2007 at 5:10pm

Thanks. I was unaware that I had to change anything at my end.

Hi
I changed the DNS servers in my europe registry account for cwebster.it to:
dns1.hosted.netline.net.uk
dns2.hosted.netline.net.uk
There was also a space to put match an IP address to each server but I didn't have one so left it blank.
The europe registry account is now showing as delegated. How long will this take to filter through? It looks as though they are still holding the domain when i do a tracert on cwebster.it

By changing just the DNS, it will remain with your old host, but point at our servers.. This can take up to 24 hours.
If you would like full control to be given to Supanet, please ask your host to change the domain tag to NETLINEUK..
Almost at the end
