Hi,
I'm having problems checking my emails:
I get the following message:
ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Have I made an error in my webmail setup?

The reason you are getting IMAP errors is because you forward all your e-mails to your Supanet address. Therefore no creation email has been sent to their inboxes and without the creation/set up email you are unable to log into the individual boxes. If you wanted access to the individual emails you will need to stop them from forwarding to your Supanet address.
