Since changing to the pro hosting package, my site hasn't been accessible. I have uploaded files to my domain manager, but they aren't showing on the web. I just get the holding page.

I haven't changed anything about the files, they were the same ones previously uploaded to the earlier hosting package.

Any clues ???

My site is

Hi, what's your start page called? Supanet have only set index.html, index.php as valid start pages, so you might have to get them to set your start page as a valid start page in the config of your website

The reason you are getting the holding page is because your index.htm (your homepage) is in a sub directory. This means to view your homepage you must enter...

http://www. domain>.com/www/htdocs/

You must upload the files into the / (home) directory so it is not in a sub directory anymore. Your site will then show when you search for your domain.
